Nasser Saud Al-Sabah Center (Mubarak Al-Kabeer Hospital)

The department was established in 2012 . Located at Salmiya, State of Kuwait in Hawally governorate the department is an instrumental segment of Mubarak Al-Kabeer Hospital. It includes several general and subspecialty dermatological clinics. The number of general clinics is 21 and the subspecialty clinics are 5 which includes hair clinic, psoriasis clinic, atopic dermatitis clinic, hidradenitis suppurativa clinic, and patch test clinic. The department also includes 4 phototherapy clinics and 6 laser clinics.

Moreover, the department has 1 minor operation theater and a surgical vitiligo unit.

Additionally, the department provides high-level teaching programs for several residents from the Kuwaiti Board including dermatology, family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics and for undergraduate students of the faculty of medicine from Kuwait’s University.

The head of department (Dr. Manar Al-Enzy) is one of the well-known and esteemed dermatologists in Kuwait. The coordinator of teaching for the Kuwaiti Board Programs (Dr. Mariam Dashti) is a very active and hardworking doctor at the center.
